Account deletion

You can start permanent athlete-profile deletion directly online.

How to delete a profile

  1. Sign in to the Athlete Area with email and password.
  2. Open "Delete profile".
  3. Read the summary, re-enter the password, type ELIMINA, and confirm.
  4. When complete, the session ends and the profile is no longer accessible.

Data deleted

  • athlete profile and account link;
  • email, phone, role and verification state;
  • hashed password and login/verification dates;
  • activation and moderation tokens and their technical metadata;
  • uploaded photos and moderation metadata.

Data not automatically deleted

Results, rankings and other imported public sports records are not account data. Use support to request correction or removal. Support correspondence may be retained only for legal obligations, legal claims and security. Backup deletion may require technical processing time.

Deletion does not require a phone call or ordinary email. If you cannot sign in or suspect misuse, use the support form.
